Zoot Suit Shoot

You never know where you will find an opportunity to do a shoot. Ed decided to check Craig's List for jobs and happened upon an ad asking for a photographer! 

We replied, he replied and we ended up shooting a concept from the mind of a man that wanted to shoot a 40's style pin-up at the Pittock Mansion in Portland, OR. Trust me when I say we were skeptical about answering an ad on Craig's List but I am glad we did. 

First off, if you have not visited the Pittock Mansion, it is a must see! The gardens are a hidden gem that made a wonderful backdrop for the shoot! It is easy to get to and public. 

We thoroughly enjoyed the group of people that we photographed. Each person was completely unique in looks and style. It was fun to capture and assist in the vision. I hope we get to work with them again!
